Welcome to Villa Solarada About The Villa A luxurious, spacious, villa built in 2006 and designed by ourselves, to meet the most exacting standards, by a local builder with an excellent reputation for quality. Our mandate throughout the build of Villa Solarada was to have a home that we would be proud to share with others. We believe Villa Solarada has comfortably surpassed our most optimistic hopes but don’t just take our word for it come and see for yourself! Built on approximately 700m² plot, the garden is landscaped and is on a private plot in a beautiful wooded area of the town and comprising a large open plan lounge, dining room & kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at ground floor level together with an additional room at basement level Villa Solarada, as you can see from the photos, is a very well proportioned detached villa with its own pool that can sleep up to 6 people. Outside a spacious pool terrace and large swimming pool provides you with plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun or settle in the shade to relax. The villa has been tastefully furnished throughout in a style we would want in our own home so sorry no cheap pine or worn out sofas hidden underneath a blanket here, if these are important to you please look elsewhere - there are plenty of villas available offering this style and often at premium prices! All windows have tilt and slide windows and roller shutters that will help keep the villa cool even in the height of summer. You can sleep securely at night with a cooling breeze flowing through the villa. All windows have mosquito screens fitted. Lounge – Diner The main entrance to the villa from the naya area takes you into this large, open plan, fully tiled area with a hallway off that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the same floor. The dining area continues the open plan theme with the kitchen and includes thoughtful features such as kitchen floor units that have doors on both sides of the units to enable easy access from the kitchen and dining area. Exterior Swimming Pool and Terrace The swimming pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and measuring 12 metres X 4 metres is one of the longest we have seen advertised in Javea. Ranging in depth from 1 metre at the shallow end to 2 metres at the deep end this is a very family friendly pool. Who knows if you swim enough lengths of the pool you may even return from holiday fitter than when you arrived! There are two sun terrace areas beside the pool so you can choose between sun and shade as the day progresses. We appreciate that if you are reading this on a cold evening in England the opportunity to escape the sun will not seem much of a selling point but trust us this is good!! A range of sun loungers are provided to help you work on the tan or catch up on your holiday reading material. A parasol is available. Charcoal BBQ available for Dad to demonstrate his culinary skills! Naya With its Tosca stone arches, views of the pool area and elevated position this area is likely to be the place where you will spend much of your time and is really an extension of the villa living area.
