What is included in the price?

Exclusive use of the villa and pool for the booked period, including air conditioning and / or heating costs.

What is not included?

Transportation Costs
Car Hire
Personal Holiday Insurance
Food & Drink

Payment Terms:

Deposit: 25% of total rental price to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed.

Balance: Payable 8 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £200.
(The security deposit will be fully refunded within 28 days of return provided that there are no damages or breakages at the property).

In the event of cancellation refunds paid on the following basis:

Up to 8 weeks prior: 50% of total rental rate will be refunded.

4-6 weeks prior: 25% of total rental rate will be refunded.

0-4 weeks prior: 0% refund.

If you fail to pay the balance when due, your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellations: Please note, if you are booking within 10 weeks of your departure date, this is classed as a late booking and the total rental amount is due within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.

Payment is to be paid by bank transfer or cheque in UK£ sterling. In the event that you prefer to pay in Euros we will calculate the cost based on the current UK£ / Euro exchange rate.

Once your booking is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not change.

It is mandatory that you have your own personal travel insurance for all members of the traveling party which incorporates the duration of the stay. We will not accept liability for any personal claims.
